A scheduled visual inspection of your home while you're away. We walk the property inside and out, look for problems, and report back to you with photos after every visit.
How often should my home be checked?
Most homeowners choose weekly or bi-weekly visits depending on their home's age, whether there is a pool or landscaping, and insurance policy requirements.
What happens if you find a problem?
We notify you immediately with photos and details. For urgent issues, we can help coordinate trusted local trades or take immediate steps per your instructions.
Do I need to be in town to get started?
Not at all. While an initial in-person walkthrough is ideal, we can coordinate key handoff, alarm instructions, and onboarding completely remotely.
